6VitaminShot

Having two young children means I'm constantly running around after them. By the time it hits around 2pm, I am ready the crawl into bed! I'm not a coffee drinker nor do I like the idea of energy drinks such as Red Bull (they actually make me feel more tired!).

When I was offered the opportunity to try some 6VitaminShot energy drinks, I was definitely up for giving them a go.

6VitaminShot is a little 60ml energy drink that is packed full of vitamins. It is sugar free which I was really pleased about as a bottle of Lucozade contains over 50% of your recommended daily intake for sugar!  The shot contains the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee (most regular energy drinks contain the equivalent to 5!), taurine, vitamins and amino acids including vitamin B12 and pantothenic acid. These contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue whilst supporting energy release for people on the go.

They are acai berry flavour which is absolutely beautiful. After drinking one, I did feel a little boost shortly after but it wasn't too much. I didn't feel shaky or anything!

The 6VitaminShot's aren't recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women or children under 12. You should only drink one a day.

I do think I'd buy these again in the future for a little pick me up when I really felt like I needed one! I especially love that they are low calorie. The size also means that I could carry one around with me easily.

You can purchase them as a single shot for £2.50 or as a box of 12 for £24.99.

You can find out more at the 6VitaminShot website. You can also find them on Facebook and Twitter.
