Here we are, 16th of December and I don't feel Christmassy at all. I don't know why!
We started Christmas shopping back in November (maybe I did it too early?) and put our Christmas tree up just over a month ago but it just doesn't feel as though Christmas is just around the corner.
Usually, I get so excited to get wrapping everything and can't wait to see peoples faces when they open the gifts that I have chosen for them but at the time of writing this post, I couldn't be bothered wrapping anything so I haven't even started.
There seems to be less and less houses with lights and decorations up and it just doesn't feel cold enough for snow. Possible factors of my lack of Christmas spirit?
I WILL start wrapping presents this week and making up C's Christmas Eve box. We're taking him to see Santa too (in his fab Christmas jumper) so hopefully I'll get into the spirit soon. I haven't even listened to the Pogues' 'Fairytale of New York' this year. What is going on!?
