F&F Baby Girl Clothing - Review

*This post is picture heavy*

Yesterday, I posted my thoughts on the baby boy range of clothing that C was lucky enough to try out. Today, it's E's turn. She received quite a selection of items from bodysuits & sleepsuits to dresses & shoes and everything in between.

Firstly, we had some smaller items of clothing that, size wise, were up to 7lbs. E was 7lbs 2oz at birth and did lose some of her birth weight but she put it back on very quickly. She was however able to fit into these items past the 7lbs guideline but even so, wasn't in them for very long!

These smaller items were perfect for a newborn. Very soft and gentle against her skin. The sleepsuits didn't come with integrated scratch mitts like most sleepsuits do nowadays but that wasn't really as issue for me as I've never really used scratch mitts on any of my children. The prints are gorgeous too. I especially love the Dalmation bodysuits as I'm a huge Disney fan!

All of the other clothing was 'up to 3 months'. There literally was not a single item that I didn't like. The patterns and prints have a real Autumn feel to them. As you can see from the pictures below that quite a few of the items are pink but we also received different colours such as blue and beige which gave a welcome change from "baby girl pink". Even the smallest things like the detailing or the buttons are very feminine and really set the items off.

Fit-wise, at the time of writing, E is 2 months old and there is still plenty of room for growth. I can definitely see her still wearing some of these items past 3 months.

She also received some accessories; boots, trainers, a bib, muslin squares and tights which were all 0-6 months (minus the muslins).

When C was little, he never wore shoes until he was cruising. I found that every pair of pram shoes were easily kicked off but when I spotted these two pairs of shoes I was in love! Yes, she was able to kick them off but hopefully as her feet grow they will fill them out properly and it will be harder for her to take them off. The tights are massive and because they have such a great stretch I can see her wearing these for a long while too.

I'm probably in the minority in saying this, but before receiving these I had never ever used a muslin cloth. I always thought that they were a waste of money and that a bib would do the same job. Boy, was I wrong! I wish I'd had them for C now! They have come in so handy for covering E's clothing while she's feeding or draping over my shoulder whilst I burp her. She has reflux so they are a lifesaver!

As I mentioned before, the clothes are gorgeously Autumn-y with the coats and snowsuit being perfect for winter and for wearing during the festive season.
